If you wanted to change the boiling point of distilled water...?

Since boiling point is when the liquid's vapor pressure equals the surrounding pressure, you can try to boil water at high altitude. Barometric pressure is lower at high altitude, so this means you can boil water at a lower tenmperature. For example, you can boil water at around 70C atop Mt Everest, instead of 100C at sea level.
