How well do these go together?

I have a 1996 Honda prelude Si and I wanted to upgrade my sound system, and I want to know how well these 3 things go together and will my speakers reach there full potential? I was going to hook up 2 sets of Sony 6 1/2" 4-Way Speakers, 270 Watts Power Handling, XSR1643 to 1 Sony 4-Channel 600-Watt Xplod Amplifier, XMZR604R and then to the JVC KDR200 Car CD 200W Remote Detachable Face MP3 & WMA Compatible. Will the speakers work well and reach there full potential with these items?
