Who are the Iraqi Christians? What is their race?

Most Iraqi Christians are Nestorians or Chaldeans, who are descendents of the ancient yrians. They are mostly members of local Christian sects that are not widely known outside of the Middle East, e.g., Nestorian Christians, Chaldean Catholic Church, the Syriac Orthodox Church. Some (but not many) Iraqi Christians are Arabs whose ancestors converted to Christianity.
