Bronchitis with Musical Auditions next week?

HELP!!! I don't know what to do. I'm in the worst part of the virus now where my voice is gone and that should clear in a few days but from the research I've done I'm going to have a cough for a few more months! I've been training all summer with a coach to get a part in this thing. Does anyone know if I'm going to be able to sing in one weeks time? Oh, I've had bronchitis for a week today as well.
