HELP I forgot the name of this novel and I wonder if you can help me.?

Well its about where this fmail moves into this old house. Theres a older and younger sister. The youngest has dreams of drowning in a pond and wakes up covered in green water. In the past a little girl had drowned in the pond outside and there was a fire in part of her house. Sooner later the ghost possesed the older sister. I need help finding the name of this novel. I know it is a teen novel and I know that it is along the lines of Joan Lowry nixon. Pleas help.
