I am a sri lankan resident and i need to get citizenship of Singapre, how is possible?

I am sri lanka resident and i like to have citizenship for Singapore, currently live in sri lanka as soon i will fly to singapore by visiting, and i can stay only one month how can i get citizenship for singapre
