I need an answer from a landlord or property manager....?

Check out your lease, but usually the landlord is not responsible for pest control in a rental house. I have a few rental houses and have been in property management for 10 years and in all my leases it states the renter is responsible for their own pest control, same as lawn service. I would recommend you just get a company to come out and do the service on your own. Unless when you moved in there was an infestation of something on the inside of the house, like roaches or ants, then it's probably on you to get the service. HTH...
