Japan weighs need to bury nuclear plant, What are your views on that article,?

I hope they will be a bit more careful than they were at Dounreay, the radiation from buried material leaked onto the beach and they didn't realise until dog walkers reported that their dogs were dying, minute particles were in the sand and the dogs were picking them up on their paws, they are still to this day sweeping that beach regularly for this material and it is out of bounds for visitors!
