SCARY CHAIN MAILS.... help...?

i wanted to know whether dese chain mails r tru like saying "am a girl wid no eyes n ony blood on my face... etc... and if u dnt p it on then ull get killed tonight at 12:00 am in ur bed"..... i was soo scared ...idk if its real plz help me tell me wat should i do ......i neva belived in those stupid scary chain mails but it makes me soo scared... IS IT REAL?
