Is there a lot of upside with leon washington?

I used my last pick on r. mendenthall and leon washington was not drafted. I was thinking about dropping mendenthall for him. My current backs are stephan jackson, ronnie brown, pierre thomas and fred jackson. I have the number 2 waiver claim is he worth a number 2. This is only for a back up back that may have the most upside.
