What should I give my fiance for Christmas... he's about to deploy overseas?

My fiance is in the Marines and will deploy early in February. I have NO IDEA what to get him... he likes puma and of course stuff like video games and dvds, but I don't really want to get him games or dvds, he doesn't really wear jewelry, and all I can think of is something Puma related (the brand not the cat). All the hints he's been dropping for like a digital camera and whatnot his parents are getting him. I would like to get him something he could possibly take with him when he deploys. Any ideas??? Or anyone else with someone deploying, what are you getting them????
