Please help if possible---Any tecks there---No sound on comp..?

There are a number of things to try. First check all of your external connections and volume controls are all up, make sure speakers are properly connected, power cords etc. then check your systems in control panel, look to see if your volume controls are all on or if they were muted, the boxes will be checked, uncheck them. If that doesn't work you may need to reinstall the drivers. you should have an install CD or disk. Last but not least you may need an new sound or audio card. Run any diagnostics that you have, to see if the problem can be corrected. I hope this is of some help to you.
