Whats wrong with my dwarf hamster?

I hate to say it, but this is how both of my hamsters acted before they ped away. Does he have gunk in or around his eyes? If so make sure to clean it off with a warm, damp towel and just make him as comfortable as possible. Maybe it's nothing and he will be just fine in a couple of days.
