20 month old with bad cough??

My son has a bad cough he is losing a lot of sleep. He coughs so hard he throws up sometimes. I gave him a prescription cough syrup he got last winter and it helped a little. One of the other kids at daycare had bronchitis. Should I take him in or just wait it out?? He doesn't have a runny nose or anything. He had a low grade fever lastnight 100.4 under the arm. This is for my Aunt. We live together, separate rooms, I am her caretaker and nephew ( basically manage her finances and better health. She is a 75 yr old woman whom has hypertension, multiple stroke history, is a diabetic, and has issues swallowing due to her stokes. She might have possible Aphasia, and is paralyzed from the left. Still could walk a bit with her walker but gets real worked up quickly. Its hard for her to get her daily exercise. Yet she is a strong woman and tries her best. Being human, she has her angry bouts, as any. But it is hard to manage her blood pressure levels when she is aiming her frustrations on you. I am personally having a hard time on this one. She disrespects my company, orders me around like a servant, sometimes compares me to her late husband or makes references about it, when my 4 yr. daughter comes around the weekend, my aunt seems to be upset and jealous. She orders me to do things for my daughter, as she critics my parenting and the same time. Sometimes she gets after and raises her voice to my daughter for not much of a reason. To me shes just upset of her cirstances. I mean i would. She has never had children, and i am the closest the a son to her, i also consider her as my mother as well. I love her as one and i must find a way to go about this without blowing my head off (j/k) lol. No but really i just want to have that peace of mind of doing that right thing. I try to reason, but its just not getting anywhere...she twists my words ina weird way because when i talk to her she aint listening and then she come out like some random stuff like " i know you wouldnt care if i die, you all dont care about me, but i will die soon so i wont be a bother to you all" omg! smh! its frustrating! I must say that my display of anger does not help much, but i just simply cant keep from expessing myself. Iv clearly put her on the spot when i have company so she could know that i will not let her keep doing what she does. so i place a spotlight on her, yet she still does the same. When i have girls, which i must strickly emphasize that are only freinds, she comes in talking all types of disrespect towards them calling them every name in the book and more. The good thing is that she speaks spanich and not much understand her. Nonetheless i explain exactly whats going on so my company wouldn't feel uncomfortable, so far so good, but i shouldn't need to have explanations ready for such occasions. I have to state some relevant facts as well. She don't get much attention or visitation, so in some way i believe that she dislikes my company due to her lack off. Like brother and brother rivalry. I love her nonetheless, i just don't want to say or display a fit of anger that could ultimately affect her health. She is real sensitive, yet has survived. A true blessing she is. I only wish i had the time of day to interact with her as i should, and in not such a negative way. I know she is lonely and being that i live with her she probably wants at least some of my time. But i am always at work! I take her levels in the morning before work and have her prepared meals. She takes her own meds and sometimes eats on her own. She is real stubborn on going to the doctor and telling you if she is feeling sick. She says she is tired of being a burden on us and her/our finances. The Insurance really pays the majority but sometimes my mom blows things out of proportions and my aunt follows wit that misconception. There is alot to say but little space or words for it. I just need some istance, possibly from someone in a similar cirstance or who was in one.

I just downloaded MTGO onto my computer, but when i got on it was a little messed up. I got on and some of the typing bars went across the whole screen, and things were a little off, and some areas were blinking black. i talked to a moderator,and he said it was most likely a DirectX problem, so i updated the latest version of it. After i did that i looked again and it was the same thing. Then he said to go to my computer manufacturer to update my video card. does he mean to go o the website for gateway and update it from there? or do i have to go buy some 100$ video card.

Pregnant my stomach has been cramping and I've been trowing up all morning? (TMI Question)?

I'm 9 weeks prego and I'm having extreme morning sickness as well as Bowel problems (TMI ALERT> but I haven't had a normal bowel movement in over a week called the Dr Several Times Trying Milk of Magnesium, Suppository, Colace....fiber...water ....etc. And my when I do use the bathroom it's very hard to p and extremely painfull..I end up throwing up after I use the bathroom cause of the pain) But I had an episode last night again with the bowel problem and I never started to feel better later that night...I felt sick to my stomach and having sharp pains every now and then..So I ate a bowel of cereal before bed and some jello...I woke up throughout the night feeling extremely sick...as well as this morning..So I made sliced apples and eggos for my kids and I for breakfest....And still feeling nautious I started throwing up all of a sudden and I haven't been able to stop for over 30 mins now (It's in waves of every 5 to 8 minutes) Could I just have stomach bug or could this be a G.I. White noise may help too that plays all night like a vaccuum or rain sounds--they sell machines or you can download some online. Just stay consistent and be strong--a little crying won't hurt her and you are actually helping her become move independent and preserving your own sanity. Try the same thing with naps--same time everyday, a routine (after lunch, snack, whatever)

I have not, nor will ever, use the Atkins. I had a real good friend use it for weight-loss, and yes, it worked, BUT,...she died of pancreatic cancer. Doing reaearch on pancreatic cancer, I found repeated warnings against extreme high-protein diets (And what IS the Atkins but a high-protein diet?) as a potential cause thereof. There are a number of things to try. First check all of your external connections and volume controls are all up, make sure speakers are properly connected, power cords etc. then check your systems in control panel, look to see if your volume controls are all on or if they were muted, the boxes will be checked, uncheck them. If that doesn't work you may need to reinstall the drivers. you should have an install CD or disk. Last but not least you may need an new sound or audio card. Run any diagnostics that you have, to see if the problem can be corrected. I hope this is of some help to you.

My Hamster has a lump?

I have a pet hamster. Today I noticed he has a rather large lump on his neck, under his chin (he looks like a bull frog right now). It's about the size of a skittle, maybe larger. If you palpate the area, the lump will roll around. I know hamsters have cheek pouches, but this is more like in his throat. Touching the effected area does not seem to hurt him. Hi, im 15 and im pretty active. I do martial arts twice a week as well as going to the gym twice a week and athletics club. Recently ive been very very low in energy, i tired increasing my calories, eating more complex carbs however this just lead to stomach problems and bloatedness and if carried on weight gain. I think it depends on what the project is for. If it's something that is going to be washed multiple times, that would take reshaping it each time. Items lose their blocking in the wash. If it's an afghan or scarf, I don't think it needs to be blocked either. Some people block everything and others don't. If it's a doily or a smaller gift or an article of clothing that will be sewn together, it probably should be blocked, but in the end, it's a matter of preference.

Not only were the managers caught tampering with staff rotas and giving out warnings (getting people fired) they have also invented a new rule where it is compulsory for women to HAVE to wear makeup to work and have weekly uniform checks (we wear next clothes) but the men don't have to have any of this. I just think it is unfair treatment and very ist we shouldn't HAVE to wear makeup as long as we are clean and presentable!!! thoughts?

13 weeks pregnant and still sick, i cant take it anymore!?

I've been sick every since I got pregnant and not much has changed since. I've been throwing up EVERY day and at one point I thought I was making a little progress but now it seems to be getting worse. My body feels so exhausted, my hearts always racing, is that normal? I have a few rental houses and have been in property management for 10 years and in all my leases it states the renter is responsible for their own pest control, same as lawn service. I would recommend you just get a company to come out and do the service on your own. ok well i have a guinea pig named Pebbles. She is big and a little chunky. We are really not sure how old she is. Maybe 6 or 7 months. I am a HR professional from India recently migrated to Oz. I have been hunting for a job at mel for quite a while, but dint succeed. Despite the fact that I worked for a giant MNC, I guess my experience overseas is being overlooked. I apply for jobs in the Aussie way (I read a lot of HR books and magazines) but I barely get a positive response. My spouse suggests doing a Postgrad, but I am hesitant as I am already a HR graduate with 5 years of extensive experience as a HR generalist (from sourcing candidates to exit interviews). I understand that the difference b/w local and overseas HR experience would be in terms of Labour laws, payroll components and sometimes employee relations. But am I so underskilled that I cannot be offered a chance, despite having experience in SAP, performance management systems, training calendars and OHS procedures???? If so, what do I do next in order to find a job? I have been into this profession so deeply that its almost impossible for me to switch my career. Traffic Accident in a parking lot!!!?

OK. My mom and I where beginning to pull out of our local gas station's parking lot when all of a sudden a blazer who was going over the speed limit turns into the parking lot and a small accident between my moms vehicle and the blazer occurs. We hadn't even pulled up enough to pull into the highway when the blazer shot in front of us and we both collided. They gave us a ticket I do not know about the other driver but we went to court and they judge through the failure to excess due care ticket out of court. At the time my moms insurance was expired because she had forgot to reinforce it but this other person's insurance company is saying that we owe them 3000 for damages done to the other persons vehicle. It didn't leave but a minor dent on the door! But anyways, we where not proven guitly in court of causing the accident and I was just wanting to know if there was any way that the insurance comany could make us pay it because it was as much as the blazers fault as it was ours. Any advice appreciated. Serious answers only! My mother and I are very safe drivers we have never had a traffic ticket before this one. I just want advice because that seems like a lot of money for a dent on a blazer. We also live in tennesse if this helps and like i say the accident didnt even happen on the highway the blazer whipped in front of us while we where pulling away from the gas pumps.

Question about Title protection to my comic book?

Okay, I've heard both sides to the argument and I have a three word title to my comic book. I know one of the big comic book companies (DC/Marvel) had a comic book (now cancelled for like over 15 yrs.) that had the first two words of my work as the title and I wanted to know if I'm protected with mine b/c i have an extra word in the title. Say the cancelled title was "Superstrength Fighters" which was about superstrength superheroes fighting. My title would be "Superstrength Fighters Club" where superstrength superheroes fight invading aliens. There are a couple of similarities, but not PLAGERiZING which i think copyrights/trademarks protect. The cancelled title wasn't popular like BAtman or Harry Potter, but I've heard that Jim Lee couldn't title Gen 13 originally Gen X b/c Marvel might try to sue him since they were creating Generation X. I also heard Underworld the movie got sued b/c they're storyline had similarities to Werewolf the Apocalypse. On another note Spice Girls vs.Spice
